Mochaccino (Mocha) is an adorable 5 year old. He is a ~12hh Shetland x Stock Horse gelding who joined us on the 1st of February 2020. In his previous homes he has done pony club, campdrafting, mustering and kid’s rides.
Mocha is a super sweet, gentle little man who is inquisitive and loves the company of calm and loving people. He is the main pony used in sessions at Elphia and can’t wait to meet you!

Meet Tahlia
That’s me! I am a 17 year old 15.2hh mixed breed. I was born and raised on the Sunshine Coast. From pre-school until the end of Class 8 I enjoyed my schooling at Noosa Pengari Steiner School. I then began home schooling, with the majority of my focus revolving around horses. I also completed two university courses at University of the Sunshine Coast (Communication & Thought and Psychology A) and became a sailing instructor at Noosa Yacht & Rowing Club and completed a Cert III in Sport & Recreation.
My goal for this year is take a break from study and focus entirely on sharing the joy of horses with others. Next year I plan to begin studying Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) at USC and use the skills learnt to enhance my equestrian therapeutic sessions. I look forward to meeting you all!

Meet Shahbaaz
Shahbaaz (Shabby) is a beautiful 24 year old. He is a ~15hh Arabian gelding who joined us on the 10th of July 2017. In his previous home he did pony club, natural horsemanship and much more in his many years in loving homes.
Shabby loves people and doesn’t care much for personal space. He is sensitive, not always predictable and despite his age is not keen on standing still. Therefore Shabby won’t be used in beginner sessions but would still love to meet you all one day.
